An expert in tricky tailoring as well as everyday repairs, Marieka’s services include:
Bridal and formal-wear alterations
Hemming (including jeans and pants lengthening or shortening)
A range of clothing alterations and repairs, including re-sizing and tailoring/fitting
Other repairs such as darning, mending knitwear and patchwork
Creative repairs and reimagining garments.
Services also include other items such as cushions and soft toy repairs.
About Marieka
Marieka started her sewing journey at just three years old, making outfits for her dolls. Having found her passion, she worked in a large clothing factory where she learned about patternmaking and professional tailoring. For the last 16 years Marieka has operated from her hometown of Johnsonville, providing personalised, professional sewing services, and going the extra mile for her loyal customers.
